What is the Price?
1 bed apartments are offered for sale with prices starting from 3.9M THB, and 2 bed apartments from 7.5M THB.
Apartments are sold on a staged payment basis which allows for a competitive price in return for phased payments in line with specific milestones, as follows-

What is the rental yield?
The managers already run a successful rentals business on phangan. For a full letting and management service, including marketing, letting, meet-and-greet, transfers, inventory and check in and out services we charge 25% of the gross rental income.
The observed yield of the current portfolio under management is around 10% / 7.5% (gross/net respectively), and it is anticipated the apartments will yield more than this benchmark figure.
